Why I built this

Spaced repetition helped me learn both Catalan and Spanish.

I used to use Memrise, but they changed their focus from just learning the words to trying to create a more complete course. The subscription price rose, then they turned off the old courses.

I no longer had an app to learn Catalan, so I decided to make this app. I wanted to create an app that didn't have a subscription, and would work entirely offline such that you to own it forever. This way your learning experience can't be taken away by somebody else.
